Who is eligible for assistance from Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Northeast Pennsylvania?

We select clients based on our assessment of which investments and engagements will generate the best results for the companies and the most favorable impact on regional employment. To qualify for funding or other professional assistance, prospective clients must be:

• LOCATED IN PENNSYLVANIA: Because the Commonwealth funds the program, clients must be located within, or relocate to, the state to qualify. Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Northeastern PA serves includes the counties of Berks, Bradford, Carbon, Columbia, Lackawanna, Lehigh, Luzerne, Lycoming, Monroe, Montour, Northampton, Northumberland, Pike, Schuylkill, Snyder, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Tioga, Union, Wayne and Wyoming. • An EARLY-STAGE TECHNOLOGY company or ESTABLISHED MANUFACTURING firm. (Retail and service companies are not eligible.)
• LOCALLY OWNED, or a branch plant that employs or plans to employ a significant number of regional workers.
