Develop and implement enterprise-wide manufacturing process improvements to create increased capacity and cost savings for Jetson Direct Mail. Jetson, a major regional employer of more than 1,000 people, provides letter shop, fulfillment, and personalization services for the high-volume direct mail marketplace. This effort builds upon the previous implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning System, and involves the process improvements that will enhance customer service.
