Ben Franklin Alumnus IQE to Supply Philips’ Laser Wafers
IQE has signed a three-year contract with Philips Technologies to supply epi-wafers for making vertical cavity surface emitting laser (VCSEL) devices. IQE will be the majority supplier of epi-wafers to Philips. Read more.
