    The Lubrizol Corporation announced that it has acquired Bethlehem-based Particle Sciences, a global leader in complex formulations including drug eluting device product development as well as sterile and particulate drug products. Lubrizol has approximately 9,000 employees worldwide and 2014 revenues of $7 billion.
