Applied Separations recycles its clean-room suits to help in the coronavirus pandemic fight

Some clean room workers at Allentown-based Applied Separations Inc. shed their garments at the end of their shifts each day. Now those suits are heated to a high temperature in the company furnace to be made safer for reuse. The firm is offering the restored garments for free to first responders, cleaning company workers, and others who have to work more safely amid the coronavirus pandemic. Via The Morning Call
