Ben Franklin Announces Distraction Expert Curt Steinhorst as iXchange Keynoter

The average person loses up to three hours each workday due to digital distractions. Curt Steinhorst, iXchange keynote speaker, is on a mission to help today’s workforce with the battle against distraction. Having spent years studying the impact of technology on human behavior, he now equips professionals around the world to work smarter and stronger in this constantly connected age.

The Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Northeastern Pennsylvania iXchange will be held at 5:00 pm on Tuesday, May 22, 2018, at the Zoellner Arts Center, Lehigh University, Bethlehem. Registration is available at http://sites.ennect.com/e3882.

The iXchange is a premier business networking opportunity in northeastern Pennsylvania. Last year, more than 450 technology entrepreneurs, business people, economic developers, venture capitalists, political leaders, educators, students, bankers, lawyers, and accountants from Ben Franklin’s 21-county service area attended.

As a leading voice on strategic communications in the age of distraction, Steinhorst speaks more than 90 times each year to Fortune 100 companies, global leadership associations, and professional sports teams, among others. An entrepreneur and business owner, Steinhorst sees how poor focus affects today’s workplace. As a father, he understands how profoundly digital connectivity is transforming each new generation.

Steinhorst coauthored Can I Have Your Attention?: Inspiring Better Work Habits, Focusing Your Team, and Getting Stuff Done in the Constantly Connected Workplace, published in October 2017. Curt Steinhorst will share how we can be better focused in today’s work environment, and equip employees to focus as well.

The iXchange will include two executive networking sessions, the keynote address by Curt Steinhorst, and the presentation of Ben Franklin’s annual Innovation Awards. These six awards recognize and salute outstanding individual and company accomplishment in business and technology:
