Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Northeastern Pennsylvania is pleased to announce the addition of two new team members. Their valuable experience and talent will help the organization continue supporting innovation, entrepreneurship, and economic growth across our region.
Aaron Houseman has joined Ben Franklin as Facilities Maintenance Manager. In this role, he supports the operation, maintenance, and reliability of the organization’s facilities, helping to ensure safe, efficient, and well-maintained environments for staff, tenants, and partners. His responsibilities include overseeing building systems, coordinating vendors and contractors, supporting facility projects, and maintaining operational processes.
Fiona Hernandez has joined the organization as our Office Coordinator. She provides administrative support to the Leadership Team, assists the Board of Directors, coordinates meetings and events, and serves as a key point of contact for visitors and stakeholders.
Additionally, Kimberly Metz, who joined Ben Franklin Northeast in January 2025, has been promoted to Director of Marketing. In her expanded role, she leads the organization’s marketing, communications, media relations, content development, and event planning efforts, helping to advance awareness of Ben Franklin’s mission and impact throughout the region.
