Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Northeastern Pennsylvania (Ben Franklin Northeast) has announced three staffing updates.
Sara Breisch has been promoted from Program and Database Administrator to Business Systems Analyst.
In her new role, she bridges the gap between business needs and technology solutions by analyzing, designing, and implementing efficient and effective systems that support organizational objectives. Additionally, she manages and administrates programs and processes necessary to ensure state contract and audit compliance.
Breisch has been with Ben Franklin Northeast for nine years; she’s a graduate of Northampton Community College.
Laura Lawrence has been promoted from Senior Project Manager to Senior Manager of Administration.
In her new role, she oversees and manages the execution of various projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Primary responsibilities include compliance oversight, legal and contract management, grant management, financial management, human resources responsibilities and oversight of Ben Franklin Technology Partners Corporation.
Lawrence has been with Ben Franklin Northeast for 16 years. She earned her MBA from Centenary University and a bachelor’s from Kutztown University. Additionally, she holds a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Lehigh University and is currently pursuing a degree in Legal Studies.
Hope Williams has been hired as the Associate Manager for Client Development.
In this role, she’ll oversee the Solutions Network, a curated team of advisors featuring business consultants, technical experts, and other professionals that support the needs of companies within the portfolio.
Prior to joining Ben Franklin Northeast, Williams worked in marketing at Pearl Jade Marketing and project management at Thrive HR Management. Additionally, she was part of the Aspiring Innovators initiative, interning with portfolio company Unison Workforce.
Williams earned her Master of Arts in Communication Studies from East Stroudsburg University and her bachelor’s from Wilkes University.
