Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Northeastern Pennsylvania is pleased to announce the promotion of a valued leader and the addition of three talented professionals to its team.
Laura Lawrence, who has been a dedicated member of the Ben Franklin Northeast team for 17 years, has been promoted from Senior Manager of Administration to Director of Compliance, Risk and Organizational Development. Laura’s deep institutional knowledge and commitment will continue to drive excellence in governance, risk management, and organizational growth.
James McManus joins the team as Director of Finance, where he will oversee all financial activities of the organization, including budgeting, accounting, business planning, and audit coordination. With over 15 years of experience in diverse accounting backgrounds, James will manage board and finance committee reporting, investment analysis, and financial policy development while providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.
Olivia Reese has been appointed as Portfolio Group Coordinator. Olivia will support investment and client service operations by managing internal reviews, coordinating meetings and documentation, maintaining client data, and assisting with funding proposals and board materials. Her project management skills will ensure smooth execution of key processes.
Kimberly Metz joins as Senior Manager, Head of Marketing. In this role, Kimberly will enhance the organization’s visibility through media relations, content creation, digital strategy, event promotion, and stakeholder engagement. Her extensive background in nonprofit communications will be an asset to the organization’s mission.
