It’s a quick way for us to get to know you and understand why Ben Franklin Northeast funding could be a good fit for your business. You don’t need to reveal any confidential information – just give us a snapshot of your idea or project!
Once you’ve submitted the form, a team member will reach out to discuss your project in more detail.

While a full business plan isn’t required, having a summary of your project, including what it entails, the problem it solves, and its target market, would be very helpful for our discussion.
Let's Talk Presentation
If your business aligns with our program, you’ll be asked to make a pitch to our team. Your dedicated Ben Franklin Northeast representative will walk you through the process and support you in crafting a compelling presentation!
If your pitch resonates with our team, you’ll be invited to complete a formal application for funding, which will be reviewed by experts in your industry and our Portfolio Group team who may then recommend it for funding to our board of directors. Typically, board meetings are held on a monthly basis.
Approval & Beyond
Once the board has made its decision, we’ll notify you – usually on the same day – about the next steps. If your project gets the green light, our team will send you a contract to sign along with a schedule detailing when you can expect your funds. It’s an exciting journey, and we’re here to support you every step of the way!
