A year after being named the 2025 winner of the Philadelphia 76ers’ Enrich Program, Game Face Grooming is looking back on a partnership that helped expand the company’s visibility, strengthen new relationships, and support continued business growth.
The East Stroudsburg-based company, which develops performance-focused grooming, skincare, and sneaker-care products, was also recognized at Ben Franklin Northeast’s Venture Idol 2025, where founder and CEO Philip Williams received the R. Chadwick Paul Entrepreneurial Achievement Award.
Presented by the Philadelphia 76ers and Bank of America, the Enrich Program is designed to support growing businesses through marketing exposure, professional guidance, and networking opportunities. The grand prize includes an official partnership with the 76ers, along with a PR and marketing strategy, expert consultation, and exclusive networking opportunities. Businesses must be independent, formally incorporated, and founded in and/or operating within the Philadelphia metropolitan area to be eligible.
For Game Face Grooming, the experience has delivered meaningful results. “Being recognized as the winner of the Philadelphia 76ers Enrich program has been both an honor, as well as a great opportunity to grow awareness of our Game Face Grooming brand. The 76ers didn’t just award us as the winner, they opened doors across their entire organization from strategic marketing support, engagement with youth sports programming and made introductions that have led to new business relationships. As a founder, building a brand at the intersection of sports and consumer products, having the Philadelphia 76ers institutional backing means everything!”
Philip Williams, Founder and CEO of Game Face Grooming
