Innovative Control Systems (ICS) is expanding its production facilities to a new 52,000-sf, state-of-the art facility in Bethlehem. The building will provide a 260% increase in floor space and will incorporate the 5S workplace organization methodology to enhance the efficiency of ICS’s production processes to meet growing demand and position ICS for long-term growth.
