We are proud to celebrate Melanie Kohler, Chief Transformation Officer at Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Northeastern Pennsylvania, for a remarkable season of professional recognition and community leadership.
Kohler has been named a 2026 Women of Influence honoree by Lehigh Valley Business. She is being recognized for her outstanding leadership, commitment to mentoring others, and meaningful contributions to the organizations and communities she serves. Her ability to lead complex transformation while supporting the growth of colleagues and advancing mission-driven work has made her a respected leader, both within Ben Franklin Northeast and across the region.
That recognition reflects a broader pattern of leadership and service. In December 2025, Kohler was elected to serve on the Workforce Board Lehigh Valley (WBLV) of Lehigh County and selected for the Cedar Crest College Workforce Development Advisory Council.
These appointments add to an already impressive record of civic and professional engagement across the region. Kohler also serves as Co-Chair of the Lehigh Valley Women’s Summit Committee, a board member of the DeSales University Forum for Ethics in the Workplace, and a volunteer with the NORCO Digital Navigator Coalition.
