Saladax Biomedical announced clinical validations of its clozapine point-of-care testing device, MyCareTM Insite, to aid psychiatrists in improving the treatment of patients with schizophrenia. The test uses a single drop of blood and takes six minutes, versus current laboratory-based tests, which require tubes of blood and can take days to get results. MyCare Insite is the first and only rapid point-of-care test available for determining levels of clozapine. More
