Simplex Apartments Coming to 40th & Pine, Philadelphia

Tractor-trailers will soon begin rolling in from Scranton to 40th and Pine streets in Philadelphia, delivering sets of apartment units that will have everything — walls, doors, floors, cabinets and even the kitchen sink — already installed. The $20 million project is a first in a couple of regards.
