Space Available at the Bloomsburg Regional Technology Center

The Bloomsburg Regional Technology Center (BRTC), a business incubator that is owned and managed by the Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Northeastern Pennsylvania (BFTP/NEP), has reasonably priced office space available. The BRTC is a secure building with key card entrance, and provides resident companies with 24/7 access to the facility; internet-ready offices and wired-to-secure data rooms; the availability of two conference rooms; elevator service to all floors; restrooms on every floor; and generous off-street parking. Resident companies enjoy the benefits of on-site Ben Franklin staff and BFTP/NEP resources and connections, as well as benefitting from the synergy of working alongside other companies.

The incubator is a beautiful restored 2½-story Georgian revival structure located in proximity to Bloomsburg University, allowing tenants access to student interns. Currently available office spaces are 300, 400, 500 and 600 square-foot offices.
