UBMe has launched a new service, UBMeFood.com, an online ordering platform for restaurant owners. UBMe, which is a Bethlehem-based tech startup, began working with restaurant owners during the COVID-19 shutdown to eliminate the extra costs and fees associated with some online ordering systems. It noted that companies like DoorDash and Grubhub can take more than 30% of online ordering and delivery revenue. In this expansion of the company’s online ordering system, UBMe offers restaurants the service for free with no fees or contract, with just a small fee to the customer. Via Lehigh Valley Business
