The Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Northeastern Pennsylvania (BFTP/NEP) has announced the promotion of Kathy Ann B. Minnich to Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, in addition to her role as Chief Financial Officer. Previously, Minnich served as Chief Financial Officer.
Her role includes primary responsibility for planning, implementing, and managing all of BFTP/NEP’s finance activities including business planning, budgeting, and compliance, and serving as the Treasurer/Secretary of Ben Franklin’s Board of Directors. She also leads operations, facilities management, and human resources functions.
Minnich has served as CFO at BFTP/NEP for 21 years, and has five staff members reporting to her.
