Tech-based business incubator with flex space.
The Bloomsburg Regional Technology Center (BRTC) started operations in 2005 and offers 18,000 square feet of leasable space in flexible configurations. BRTC is located in the Bloomsburg downtown historical district in a beautifully restored, four-story, 100-year-old mansion with original woodwork and detailing throughout the interior.
The incubator is located in a Pennsylvania Keystone Innovation Zone (KIZ), providing companies with KIZ tax benefits and an opportunity to apply for subsidized cubicle space. KC Distance Learning is a successful BRTC graduate.
