One organization we consistently hear from is the Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Northeastern Pennsylvania, an investor in the region’s technology sectors since 1983. Despite having its state funding cut by more than half in the past 10 years, it has continued to bankroll companies in Berks County and the surrounding region.
