Often described as “America’s innovation coach,” Robert B. Tucker helps leaders spark innovative thinking in themselves and their teams using some surprisingly simple yet powerful concepts. Tucker bases his content on more than 20 years of research and real-world coaching experience to help leaders develop the mindset, toolset, and skillset of the innovator — necessary qualities to meet the triple challenges of growth, differentiation, and disruption.
So how do we spark innovation in ourselves and inspire it in our colleagues? Keynote speaker Tucker will address that question at the Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Northeastern Pennsylvania iXchange. The iXchange has been postponed and will be rescheduled later this year.
The 2020 iXchange will include two executive networking sessions and Tucker’s keynote, entitled SPARK! Managing the Future. Ben Franklin will also present six innovation awards to early-stage technology companies, established manufacturers, and individuals who have, through their success, advanced the technology economy of northeastern Pennsylvania.
Tucker is a contributing columnist for Forbes Magazine online and has appeared on Bloomberg, Channel News Asia, ABC, NBC, CNBC, and PBS. He is also president of California-based, The Innovation Resource, whose clients include 200 of the U.S. Fortune 500 companies and firms across the globe. Managers use his seven books to guide them, including his latest, Innovation is Everybody’s Business: How to Make Yourself Indispensable in Today’s Hypercompetitive World.
