Seth Mattison will keynote on The War At Work at the Ben Franklin iXchange.

On-Line registration for the May 21st iXchange is open.

We have the most diverse workforce in U.S. history, with five generations at work. While workers of different ages are pretty much looking for the same things – meaningful contribution, advancement opportunities, and compensation for a job well done – they can have very different ideas of what those rewards should be.

We live in a half-changed world, where everything from communication and etiquette, policies and procedures, where and when work happens, to “paying your dues” are still influenced by a long list of unwritten rules established by the Hierarchy, the world that preceded the Network. So how do we win this War at Work? Keynote speaker Seth Mattison will address that question at the Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Northeastern Pennsylvania iXchange. beginning at an earlier time this year, at 4:30 PM on Tuesday, May 21.

The iXchange will be held at the Zoellner Arts Center, Lehigh University, Bethlehem. Registration is now available at http://sites.ennect.com/e6908.

The Ben Franklin iXchange is a premier business networking opportunity in northeastern Pennsylvania. Last year, more than 450 technology entrepreneurs, business people, economic developers, venture capitalists, political leaders, educators, students, bankers, lawyers, and accountants from Ben Franklin’s 21-county service area attended.

Seth Mattison is an internationally renowned expert on workforce trends, generational dynamics, and business strategy.
